CERBERUS addresses the fundamental efficiency bottlenecks that limits the use of AI in edge devices such as drones, augmented reality and virtual reality gear, or autonomous vehicles. The goal is to show that 3X better energy efficiency can be achieved at the system level for modern edge AI computing workloads, by employing a three-pillar approach grounded on 2D materials.
